BACKGROUND NOTE



The Wauneta Roller Mills at Wauneta, Nebraska, was built in 1925 by Bert Maxfield.  It is the last family-owned roller mill in Nebraska.  The mill continues to produce “Wauneta’s Best Flour” brand.
