SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE



The collection consists of one folder containing information about the Nebraska State Choral Association and its founder, Albert A. White.  Materials include biographical information about Albert A. White (provided by White’s nephew, Philip Massie), a newspaper clipping about the Nebraska State Choral Association, an announcement for the first annual meeting of the Nebraska State Choral Association to be held in Geneva, Nebraska, June 5-7 (no year listed), and a small broadside for a community meeting of the Nebraska State Choral Association to be held at Kearney, Nebraska, on Friday, September 16 (no year listed).  The broadside shows an image of Albert A. White and includes the names of the Association’s board of directors (including Thurlow Lieurance).
