BACKGROUND NOTE
Miss Flora Bullock was a graduate of the University of Nebraska, class of 1897. She taught for years in the state school of the blind in Nebraska City, and at the University of Nebraska College of Agriculture extension service. A member of the Nebraska Writers’ Guild, she was a 66 year member of the Palladian Society. Miss Bullock was also one of the charter members of the Lincoln Unitarian Church.
SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE
This collection consists of two manuscript boxes of material arranged in seven series: 1) Correspondence, 1913-1962; 2) Manuscripts; 3) Printed matter; 4) Autograph book; 5) Address book; 6) Miscellany and 7) Sheet music. The bulk of this collection consists of manuscripts, poems, and sheet music written by Miss Bullock.
